I recently purchased a Golf Buddy Aim W11 described as coming with a ceramic bezel. The Aim W11 was reviewed by Golf Monthly in May of 2021 and indicated that it came with an upgraded ceramic bezel over the W10. Also, Amazon advertised the Aim W11 with a ceramic bezel. I contacted customer service and they said I could not get the Aim W11 with the ceramic bezel. That disappointed me! I would really like to get the upgraded Aim W11 as advertised.

I have used the W11 once for a round of golf and I was pleased with it's performance. However, I found that the slope feature and green enhancement is not available except for some foreign companies. Also, the wrist band strap is a large size with no alternative band available through Golf Buddy. The battery power was excellent. I only used 1/4 of the batteries capacity. I feel the Aim W11 is a good alternative to the more expensive GPS golf wrist watches that have way too many features that most golfers don't need or want. However, I would really like to know why I didn't receive the "ceramic bezel" version as advertised and reviewed. Only four stars due to lack of ceramic bezel.
