GOLFBUDDY Aim W10/W11 Charge Cradle

The frame where the band pin goes in cracked so the pin keeps popping out. Every time I swing a club the pin pops out and the watch falls off. I mixed a two part epoxy and fixed the one side. It lasted a couple months now the other side cracked with the same result. For the price of this watch I would expect the frame to hold together. I do like the performance of the watch but it does me no good if I can’t wear it.

The original unit purchased fell short of what was promised. After returning the product and receiving a repaired upgrade, all is good.

Appreciate the prompt order response, when I lost the charger , it's good to know replacement parts are available

Had a few issues with my Aim W11. The staff rectified the problem and we’re back in business. Golf buddy has the best graphics and easy to use

Purchased this watch 18 months ago. It will now not take a charge (charging error). Contacted customer service and was told it was out of warranty?? Nothing they could do!! Did offer a 20% discount on a new product ... which I could get online anyway! Will never buy a Golf Buddy product again.
