aim W10/W11 Charge Cradle

I liked my W11 however the strap that holds the end of the band broke can't get a replacement, lost the charger sold out, can't get a replacement. Which makes the Golf Buddy worthless.

The frame where the band pin goes in cracked so the pin keeps popping out. Every time I swing a club the pin pops out and the watch falls off. I mixed a two part epoxy and fixed the one side. It lasted a couple months now the other side cracked with the same result. For the price of this watch I would expect the frame to hold together. I do like the performance of the watch but it does me no good if I can’t wear it.

The original unit purchased fell short of what was promised. After returning the product and receiving a repaired upgrade, all is good.

Appreciate the prompt order response, when I lost the charger , it's good to know replacement parts are available

Had a few issues with my Aim W11. The staff rectified the problem and we’re back in business. Golf buddy has the best graphics and easy to use
