GB VOICE 2S+ by GOLFBUDDY

No Customer service for warranty . I bought this on eBay. For the first two months I owned it. I didn’t use it because I wasn’t able to play golf. In month three I used it once per week. After the second usage, I charged it successfully. After the fourth usage, I noticed that the charge port was sinking into the unit and would not connect. So now I can’t charge it. I contacted the seller on Ebay as well as eBay and they both said that I Could not get anything taken care of because of eBay‘s 90 day rule, that I would have to use the manufacturer warranty. Six emails later, the company has still not gotten back to me.! Buy at your own risk, because what good is the warranty if you can’t get a hold of the company.

I got this for my husband for his birthday, he took it out on his regular golf league but couldn't read the numbers in the sunlight. What's the use if you can't read it, I know it has voice but he likes to see it. Very disappointed.

GB Voice 2S+ blue. NEVER NEVER NEVER connects to the satellite. Keeps saying "searching for satellite". The course is listed on their web page, I have rebooted, turned off, charged fully, several times. I have sent several emails to get help, and they don't respond. No phone number is listed for the United States. If someone knows what the problem is I would greatly appreciate you reaching out. Please and Thank you. Laurie

Bought the golf buddy 2S+ hoping that it would replace my rangefinder with slope. Not the case, the slope feature on the golf buddy does not correlate to the rangefinder. Usually 10 to 12 yards off when you shoot the pin with a slope rangefinder then compare it to the golf buddy. Do not buy if you want to use slope when you play.
