I have had the Aim-W10 for a while now. The product meet the needs I required and the pricing versus other products was favorable. It worked fine for me.
Went out golfing a number of weeks ago and instead of the message about finding the course coming up all i got was a question mark.
The watch was not working. Took some doing to get a contact to support, but once I got thru they were very nice. Sent me a new chip to install. I fortunately had watch size screwdrivers so I was able to take the back off the watch and put in the new sim. That fixed the problem and I have not had a problem since. Actually the new sim is working better than the old one which would sometimes change holes on me in the middle of play, which was annoying. That problem is gone, so maybe that was the result of a slowly dying sim?
Taking the back off the watch needs to be done carefully as in addition to the screws there is a plastic clip which needs to be freed. I got the clip free by carefully using a small (jewelry) flat head and sliding it under the case cover and then moving it slowly along the edge.
I appreciated the support very much.
