Non-biased user. I've used the W11 for over 6 months now and I'm delighted to report everything works perfectly. My game has improved significantly since I started tracking my shots with this device. I haven't used any other GPS-based range finders in the past, but my golfing buddies have, and this convinced me to purchase the W11. I'm finding my GPS readings to be within a few yards of all the other devices my friends are using, so the distance calculations seem to be acceptable to me. I like seeing the hazard distances on the screen, and this helps me position the ball appropriately. What I'd like to see with the W11 Golfbuddy Course Manager software is to become more "mature" and "advanced". I can't copy my round's statistics, so if I wanted to pull this data into Excel to generate graphs (for example), I have manually write down and transcribe all the statistics for every round, and then type it into an application where I can create graphs of my performance. I also cannot find a W11 manual (English) online. And I'm trying to figure out what to enter in the "HCP(0)" field in the Golfbuddy Course Manager software. When installing the Course Manager software on my PC I have to give their support staff credit, as they were able to help answer my questions and assist me in getting the software up and running. I haven't had any issues with the Course Manager software since the day I installed it. The W!! battery seems to be sufficient for 2 rounds of golf in one day, but you might want to charge it for a few minutes between rounds just to make sure. The W11 wrist band has held up just fine, and I have about 30 rounds played with this device. I'd give the W11 a definite thumbs up.
